It all started on June 6th last year while in my spare time I was looking at the Facebook news feed. I had been following Haras de Niaster for a long time and I literally fell in love with Estu (for short) during a video posted. Of course not reasonable on my part as I already own two horses. But there you go... the heart has its reasons that reason ignores! After a test and two more than conclusive visits as well as the meeting with Jack and Pierre whom I will never thank enough for their kindness and for welcoming me into their paradise, my princess joined me in July.
So a bit like in The Little Prince with the fox... 'I am for you only a fox like a hundred thousand foxes. But, if you tame me, we will need each other. You will be unique in the world for me. I will be unique in the world for you.
We have both gotten used to each other and my trio gets along very well.
Estu is such a sensitive and endearing mare, I am overwhelmed.

At the beginning of June 2023, I heard about this superb breeding of Spanish horses. I have always been attracted to this breed. So I browsed their site and their social networks. I immediately fell in love with the pretty Salento HN which was not yet budded at that time. I couldn't stop looking at all the new photos and videos about him, but I always told myself that I no longer wanted a young horse and even less a gray one. One day, I saw that he was starting to break in and then I broke down and told myself that it was him!
My super mom surprised me by making an appointment and I went to see him a few days later. It seemed obvious... On July 4, the wonderful Salento HN joined my stables for my greatest happiness!
A month later, he is still incredible and terribly kind, which makes him even more beautiful!
I can never thank Jacqueline and Pierre enough for their kindness and kindness! The love they give to their horses is so evident in Salento’s behavior! My little dream horse...

Horses have been part of Clara's life since she was a little girl. After doing psychomotor training on horseback and pony club, Clara made dressage her favourite discipline. She was able to learn all the basics with her Haflinger pony, Stitch, who came to join the family during the confinement period. After a first season of competitions, we discovered the equicadet programme, among other things, which prompted us to start looking for a horse for Clara so that she could continue to develop.
We followed the advice of the late Pierre Boulanger and his wife Colette and discovered the Haras de Niaster.
We have to admit that Clara immediately fell in love with the beautiful Poderoso HN. After a few trials, we decided to embark on this new adventure.
For more than two months now, Poderoso HN and Clara have been developing a wonderful bond in their work, under the watchful eye of a super coach, as well as in their daily care. And to top it all off, Podé has made friends with Stitch, much to everyone's delight.
The new couple's objectives are to be selected for the equicadets at the end of 2023, to take part in the MCI in 2024 and finally to join the classic circuit at national level in 2025.
Poderoso is such a nice horse to have around every day, with his own personality, well trained (even if he sometimes makes little jokes to Clara, hihihi) and we are already looking forward to all the great experiences that he and Clara will have together

After long, unsatisfactory searches, by word of mouth, we came into contact with the Haras du Niaster. A great meeting with a very professional and passionate couple! Our exchanges multiplied, I had a rather difficult search! That is to say a sport quality horse with blood but also a calm mind, goes everywhere and respectful! A bit of the impossible! Well no ! We met Rania HN, a 3 and a half year old mare. Age held me back a little, but in front of this mare who was so well educated and of such good quality, I tried the adventure! We took the time. Jaqueline and Pierre were so kind, attentive to us and so generous! Truly unique professionals in all sincerity. After the trials and even the joy of walks in the forest, we bought Rania HN, this mare so sweet, devoted to her rider, of dream quality and goes everywhere. She is so kind, affectionate, plays games with a lot of respect and is easy to get along with. After a week, she went on walks alone and without any worries. My daughter and I are so happy to have crossed her path. The professionals around us are drooling over this beautiful model! She is slender, full of pep and flexibility and a dream hindquarters! As I said before, I didn't buy a quality mare, I also bought a little piece of the Niaster. A truly recommendable Breeding.

“I’m one of those people who has dreams, some bigger than others. One of those was, for a long time, having my horse. I had half-boards for a long time which went very well, but recently I said to myself that it was the right time to have another relationship. So I looked for what qualities I expected from this horse, and the obvious thing was that he was good in his head (in addition to my attraction to the Iberians that I have been riding for years). I discovered the Haras de Niaster through an acquaintance who took part in an internship and through the MICI competitions. So one day I asked if there was a horse for sale. There was none available but Jacqueline suggested that I come and see. I went with the idea of buying a mare. She showed me the broodmares, the fillies and then a little 2-year-old gray horse, very small next to the other two. And then I fell in love at first sight, Pimiento had come into my life just by coming towards me with his slightly scoundrel but so confident look. I returned regularly to see him, always very well received, I had the opportunity to see Vanou patiently working with the young horses, until the breaking in which took place during confinement.
Since the beginning of June Pimiento has been with me at Takirou and this little horse is a real joy. He is friendly, confident in people, sociable and always happy to be taken care of. After a summer of "rest" following the castration (he was really very hot with the others and that became problematic), we gradually resumed mounted work, in addition to work on foot and socialization with many " friends ".
The luck I had in having bought Pimiento in Niaster is to have a horse, certainly with his character and personality, but who, at 3 years old, is already well educated, respectful of people, easy to handle . It got into the van without any problems for transport. When we put him in the meadow he waits politely for us to remove the rope, when I let him go in the lunging ring, he follows me (so I don't always know how to let him let off steam!).
I thank the entire Niaster team who breed high quality horses, well educated from a very young age. Pimiento is happy here, I am well surrounded to support him in all his learning. We have many years to evolve but we already have a great relationship, my little magical unicorn and I. »

My PRE mare is slowly getting older, so I'm thinking of taking over from her, without really looking because it's difficult to find a replacement worthy of her!
I came across the Haras de Niaster by chance, an email, a visit was organized mainly for his sister. But in the middle of the herd, a little head observes us and then walks forward, frankly drunk with curiosity.
Nobleza already shows up, we look at each other, we observe each other. I leave in the middle of a dilemma but my heart goes to her, I am won over.
She's only been home for a few months and she's already taking up so much space. She has made her way through the herd, already knows the place by heart, her box, her meadows, discovers day by day, briefly observes each new thing so as to no longer ask questions. Sur le site du Haras de Niaster, nous sommes tombés sous le charme de Latina.
Il ne nous a fallu qu’une seule visite pour nous rendre compte de l’énergie, le temps et la patience que Jacqueline, Pierre et Vanou consacrent aux poulains, faisant d’eux de vrais bons chevaux.
Sans hésiter, nous avons décidé de nous lancer dans l’aventure et d’acquérir cette jeune jument.
Après un débourrage poursuivi au Haras, par les mains douces de Vanou, avec l’accent sur les promenades en extérieur, elle est enfin arrivée.
Il ne lui a fallu que quelques jours pour s’habituer à son nouvel environnement et à sa nouvelle meilleure amie, notre poney Connemara.

"I always wanted to buy a Spanish, before I had a Friesian for 15 years. After his death, I was looking for a purebred Spanish breeder and by chance I came across Mrs. and Mr. Eloy.
I saw Helena, aged 3, and I immediately fell in love with this mare. I broke her myself and now 4 years later I can say I bought the perfect horse.
Helena has her own character, she knows what she wants and what she doesn't, she's a little dominant too but she has a heart of GOLD, and if you treat her with respect she does everything to please.
In terms of dressage Helena is perfect, she loves pawing and starts the passage and pirouettes at a gallop. In Walking, Helena is not afraid of anything, she is always forward, I can even walk with just the halter, she always stays close to me.
I am so happy to have met Jacqueline and Pierre Eloy and especially to have found my little princess Helena. For me she is the perfect horse, either for dressage or for walks.
